In this course you will learn techniques to develop all four key English skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) to improve your English level of proficiency. You will also learn effective examination strategies.

During This Course You Will:
- Study all English skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing
- Develop techniques and strategies
- Receive individual feedback from your teacher on your weaknesses and how to improve them
- Practise speaking using a wide variety of contexts
- Develop writing skills and learn how to analyse data and texts
- Practise listening to different monologues and conversations between native speakers
- Read a wide range of general and academic texts
Reading
We teach the skill of speed-reading to improve the student’s efficiency.
Writing
Stimulating every student to write on interesting topics from an informed view-point allows students to control all the structures of English and to extend their active vocabulary.
Listening
Develop the student’s “ear” to cope with native speakers in monologues and dialogues by using many listening experiences.
Speaking
We encourage students to actively participate in class, using pair-work and interactive group and class discussions, to strengthen fluency and promote confident speaking.
Mock IELTS Exam:
Upon entry into our course, you will be given a mock IELTS examination for the four components of the test that simulates the real IELTS examination experience.
The Mock IELTS Exam Will Help You To:
- Familiarise yourself with the format of the Speaking test while gaining insight into topic and question types
- Grow in confidence and ability when being interviewed and better understand examiner mannerisms and examining style
- Familiarise yourself with IELTS writing prompts and task types
